Our Services

Client Acquisition System Setup

We help mortgage brokers establish a documented, repeatable process for identifying and attracting prospective clients through organized digital outreach. This includes configuring the underlying tools and workflows so that lead intake is structured and trackable from day one.

CRM and Automation Configuration

Eric L. Brault doing business as Neblina Vertex sets up and configures CRM environments and communication automations tailored to a mortgage professional's day-to-day workflow. The goal is to reduce manual follow-up tasks and ensure that no prospective client contact is lost or delayed due to process gaps.

Pipeline Workflow Consulting

We review how a broker's current intake and follow-up process is organized and work with them to build a more consistent pipeline structure. Guidance covers sequencing, messaging compliance, contact management, and how to maintain steady client flow over time.
